FLOAT With Adam
AQUA ZEN...a floating meditation and sound wave experience like no other
A floating mindfulness experience. Float weightlessly in time and space fully supported by a water hammock, so that you can be free of physical, gravitational stressors and do nothing other than be and breathe. All the while, soothing musical sound waves wash over you as I share some simple self-awareness practices to calm your mind.
Aqua Zen is a remarkably sublime, relaxing and rejuvenating way to spend a few moments of your day. I offer classes Monday through Friday at The Four Seasons Resort O'ahu at Ko Olina.

What makes this experience so special?
It combines 3 healing and restorative elements:
1. WATER:
75-78% of the planet is water, about 75% of you is made up of water and about 50% of your brain. So understandably, when we get in it or near it, we often feel at ease.
2. GENTLE SOUND VIBRATION:
An intentionally curated relaxing music playlist washes over you which assists in shifting your busy BETA brain waves into the slower frequency of ALPHA and sometimes THETA.

3. MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:
I front-load the experience with breath work, "deep" thoughts to contemplate with simple points of focus and then I set you free to "let go" and simply be and breathe, as you silently witness life floating gravity-free in space and time.

But don't take my word for it:
"I'd have to say this experience was the highlight of my trip! It was magical from start to finish. Hard to put into words just how wonderful floating weightlessly in the water under the stars feels to the body, mind and soul. Adam's meditative words of wisdom and the sound waves that wash over you, wrap you in a blanket of calmness and clarity that is transcendent. I highly recommend this experience to anyone and everyone."
