Hi, I'm Adam Brewer, an entrepreneur in the Health and Fitness Industry who wears the hats of Conscious Evolution Coach, Meditation Teacher, Breathwork Coach, Yoga Instructor, & Mind/Body Fitness Specialist. Professionally speaking I'm the Creator of 3-Minute Meditations, Meditate With Ease and Sunrise Sweat. I currently serve as Lead Wellness Specialist at the Four Seasons Oahu at Ko Olina. It's here that I have the privilege of sharing meditation, breathwork, yoga, tennis, pickleball and holistic health principles and practices with people from all over the world, every single week. In addition, I am the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Le Jardin Academy in Kailua. l've been in the Wellness space since 1990 and flat-out love what I do.
My overarching philosophy for "BEING" on planet Earth, is non-denominational in nature. It is an amalgamation of wisdom gleaned from many avatars, master teachers and wayshowers who have walked a path to enlightenment while on this planet. I draw from the teaching of Jesus, Bhagavan Krishna, Siddhartha Gautama Buddha, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Kriyananda, Goswami Kriyananda, Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath, Thich Nhat Hanh, Alan Watts, Deepak Chopra, Michael Beckwith, Neale Donald Walsch, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Gregg Braden, Pema Chodron, Anthony Robbins, Dr. Sue Morter, Mary Morrissey, Michael Singer, Sadhguru and many others. If one asked what primary philosophy or ideology I most find coherence with is, it would be New Thought Ageless Wisdom.

Living In Awe And Wonder
In the 54 years I've been on planet Earth, my life has been nothing short of a roller coaster ride. There have been tremendous highs, seemingly catastrophic lows, and everything in between. You could say I've been around the block once or twice. In fact it feels like I've lived multiple lifetimes in just this one. But when it's all said and done, I wake up in the morning and go to bed at night feeling grateful for all that was, is and will be. Daily I find myself living in a state of AWE about this thing we call life and my place in it.
I choose to honor and celebrate both the light and the dark within myself and all others. Too often these days, there is an attempt to focus only on the good, but I have come to believe/know that "the seed" needs the darkness to grow and become all that it is meant to be. Before it blooms into it's fullest, most glorious expression, it must go through the necessary "events" that will develop/cultivate aspects of being that will allow it to flourish once it finds the light.
Along these lines, a foundational belief of mine is that this is a Friendly Universe and that everything works together for the greater "good" of myself and all of life. From this perspective, we can consciously choose to turn "pain" into purpose. So even though in the moment, that which we are experiencing may not look like what we dreamed our life to be, if we are patient and stay open and available, the hidden "blessing" will reveal itself to us over time.
Over the years, some of my greatest "blessings" have come on the heals of some of my darkest hours. It's taken many years and working through lots of layers of resistance, but I've learned to lean into the uncomfortable and feel that which is trying to express itself so that I can let go of parts of me that no longer serve me, those I love and all of humanity.
It took me almost a half century to do it, but through the school of hard knocks, I have come to a point where I no longer take myself, others or life so seriously. And at this point in most scenarios I encounter, I find that I'd rather be happy than "right".
In our own unique and wonderfully individualized way, we're all unfolding to reveal our True Selves. And as one of my teachers, Michael Bernard Beckwith says, 100% of spiritual growth is about about "letting" as opposed to "getting". Rather than adding to that which we are, it's about "shedding skin"... layers of conditioning that have created an artificial personality that we now know as ME. And through this pealing away of the masks we've worn, we uncover our essence, which is of Love, Beauty, Wisdom, Light, Calmness, Peace, Wholeness, Completeness, Harmony, Divine Right Order and Action, Creative Genius, and Pure Potential.
In short, you are a multi-dimensional, miraculous being.
What I know for sure is that no matter who we are or how far we've fallen, there is always a chance for redemption. But for it to occur, one must begin by creating space for radical self-forgiveness to settle into our heart, and then from there, you must walk that talk. That is, with your next breath, thought, word and action, daily move in alignment with a new vision for who you want to be. Before you know it, Life will begin to work it's wonders to support you on your journey. Caveat: be patient though, as it's not your timeline but rather Life's timeline for when support will appear. Your job is to DAILY "water the soil" and create the right conditions for the support of Nature to kick in.
Finally, I want you to know that I see YOUR magnificence, radiance and brilliance. And it would be an honor to assist you in seeing it for yourself. Thank you for being here on planet Earth at this time in human history. We need you and your gifts. You are a unique, wonderful, and necessary part of the fabric of life. It's YOUR TIME TO SHINE my friend and I'm here to help.

While still in college at Emory University, I entered the world of wellness by way of teaching tennis. Then in 1999 I created TenX Fitness...tennis specific workouts for weekend warriors. This is a clip from a promo video I did for TenX
Over the 30 years I've been in the fitness/wellness industry, I've been blessed to work with clients of all walks of life and have had the good fortune to work with companies such as Turner Broadcasting, WebMD, Optum Health, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, The Tennis Channel, Runner’s World, Men’s Fitness, and been featured in numerous ads and commercials for companies such as adidas, Nike, New Balance, Champion and Gatorade.

Who I Was Isn't Who I Am
I'll have you know that the person you see directly below in these 4 photos, was me 22 years ago. That version of me was very one dimensional in his approach to life and fitness. It was all about the body and driven by ego.
Who I am now is a 54 year old father of a 6 year old son, who has experienced so much life since then. I'm now led by my soul. I've reached great heights and fallen to incredible depths. I've learned we are all multi-dimensional beings...physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The way I look at fitness and well-being is now far more nuanced and holistic.
I began practicing meditation in 2003 and can say without a shadow of a doubt, that it is the one thing that has transformed my life more than anything else. It has shapeshifted how I think, speak and act in the world in ways I never could have imagined possible.
In 2016, I began teaching it to others, and received my Teaching Certification in early 2017 from AnandaLA.
My teachers have included Deepak Chopra, Paramahansa Yogananda, Goswami Kriyananda, Swami Kriyananda and Michael Bernard Beckwith.

After living in Los Angeles for 26 years (1996-2022), in May of 2022 I moved to O'ahu, Hawaii with my partner in love, life and conscious evolution, Liz Arch, our exquisite 6 year old son Skye, our 2 dogs Nalu and Faith. and our turtle named Rock'n Fire Band.
I love soccer, tennis, guitar, being in nature, creating silly songs to sing to Skye, laughing out loud, meditating, yoga, working out, taking ice-baths, breathwork, rock-climbing, surfing, contemplating the meaning of life, looking up at the stars at night, Pearl Jam, Creed, Coldplay and Michael Buble, watching Lego Masters, Grey's Anatomy, Parenthood, and The Marvelous Mrs. Masel, stories of redemption, pancakes, the aroma of a summertime BBQ, and Justin's Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
