By Divine design, you were born to move. And by move I mean crawl, walk, run, jump, push, pull, rotate, stabilize and stretch. We are multi-planar beings that operate going forward and backward, sideways and twisting and turning. So it benefits us to train in ways that support those functions.
At the Four Seasons Resort Oahu in Ko Olina, I am blessed to train people from all over the world via 2 of my signature classes: Yoga Soul and Sunrise Sweat.

Heart-Centered Yoga for EveryBODY

A gentle yoga experience that combines traditional Hatha Yoga with 'Soulfood'. What is SOULFOOD? It's wisdom earned over the 54 years I've been blessed to be on this planet, and I share it with you. I don't pretend to think that it's THE WAY to live or think, but it is A WAY. And one that has worked for me. It's something to "chew on" while you practice. Some of it applies directly to the practice and some to LIFE in general. Whether you're just getting started with yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class is for you.
My hope for this practice is to open up your body, yes, but perhaps more importantly your mind and your heart. For so many, we have become rigid and dogmatic in our way of seeing and being. Through science, we now know that in every second of your existence there are unlimited possibilities and infinite potentialities. There's not ONE way of doing anything. There's always another way.
And for seemingly justifiable reasons we have hardened our hearts and closed ourselves off from the POWER that resides there. Now more than ever as a species, it's imperative to pull back the layers of armor and let love in and let love out. To get out of our heads and into our hearts. Or at the very least create coherence between the neurons in our head and the neurons in our heart.


And as you can see from the pictures here, we get to practice together in some exquisite locations around the Four Seasons Oahu property. I consider it a true privilege to share Yoga Soul with people from all over the world every single day.
