I wanted to once again thank you from the bottom of my heart for the sessions this week.
 
Honestly I dare say - you have NO idea how impactful you have been to my entire life.
 
I've been doing a lot of coaching work over the last year (Landmark / Tony Robbins) - but I've been trying to figure out how to access the meditation / spirituality dimension of it all. The way you are doing it somehow just "works" for me - I find it to be a perfect blend of flow, logical/intellectual connection (I love the facts you throw in there, eg about the trillions of cells inside us, each with it's own consciousness), and then the leap to the spirituality that you always introduce. eg all the stuff about being in each other's heart space, and about the Cosmos not having an edge and hence everything being the center. I always knew I wanted to get into meditation, but wasnt really sure how.

MOVE

It's here that you'll take care of your body. Inside you'll find follow-along workouts from my signature programs Yoga Soul and Sunrise Sweat. Workouts will be centered around  yoga, cardio, strength, mobility, and flexibility. There will be stand alone workouts as well as curated programs. 

PRAY

Stay prayed up. But not in a traditional way, where you beg and beseech a reluctant power/presence to give you things. Rather, I'll teach you a modern 6-step prayer practice called Affirmative Prayer that will uplift your spirit in ways you never could have imagined. HINT: it's all about praying from a place that everything's already been given and you are simply in acknowledgment and appreciation for it. 

VISION

Learn about a spiritual technology created by Michael B Beckwith called Life Visioning. If you've done visualization before, this is NOT that. I'll introduce you to his 4 stages of spiritual evolution and take you through the 7-step process of Life Visioning (which can be use in any of the 4 stages). The cool thing is that you can use this in any and all areas of your life...family, finances, vocation, relationships, life purpose and on and on.
